Designs for project that required a civilized alien race

The idea was that the same species co-existed on the same planet, but they were split in half into radically different cultures resulting in a low-tech and high-tech version.

The final variation is for a situation where our species and their species starts immigrating back and forth mixing our cultures. Though Human attire does not fit well, the aliens wear it anyway in an attempt to fit in with human society.
